Get Off the Fence

Currently interest rates are very low and Encinitas home prices are down. Have we hit the bottom yet? I don’t know, and nobody knows. What I can tell you is that Encinitas home prices are way down from their highs in 2005. This is a good opportunity for first-time home buyer to own their first Encinitas home. So isn’t it time you get started.
If you’re a first-time home buyer and you think your ready to make the move, I strongly recommend you do it now while the first-time home buyer tax credit is still available. I see plenty of good deals all over San Diego North County, and they won’t be there forever. There are also good loan programs currently available. Interest rates will not go much lower with the weakening U.S. dollar. In fact, inflation is on its way and with inflation comes higher interest rates.
Whether you are looking for a two story in Encinitas Ranch or a town home near the beach in Leucadia, maybe it is time to “get off the fence” and contact Gary Harmon, your Encinitas Realtor.
