The following is a series of YouTube.com videos made by Gary Harmon, your Encinitas Realtor,  to explain short sales and to give you information on how to be successful when buying or selling Encinitas real estate “short.”

There are some advantages of doing a short sale, but you have to prove economic hardship to your lender. You will have to supply your lender with the proper documentation. The next video will help you get prepared. It is “Short Sale – Hardships a Lender May Consider.”
